1. Who we are

2. Who can use it

You need to be at least 13 years old to make an account. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done through your account.

3. Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of the photos and writing you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize and display that content on Honest Bread, and to show it in the ordinary running of the site. This licence exists so that we can run the site, and it ends when you delete the content, apart from backup copies that expire on their own.

You confirm that what you post is yours to post and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. What you agree not to do

The Community Guidelinesare part of these terms. In short: no harassment, hate speech, sexual content, spam, impersonation, other people's private information, infringing material, or anything unlawful. Do not scrape the site, break its security, or use it to send bulk messages.

5. Moderation

We may remove content or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the guidelines. We try to explain what we did and why, and you can appeal by emailing us. We are not obliged to keep any content on the site.

6. Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are closed. See the copyright page for how to send a notice and how counter-notices work.

7. Baking is your own responsibility

Everything here is people describing what happened in their own kitchens. It is not professional food-safety, nutrition or health advice. Ovens, hot pots, sharp blades and live cultures carry real risks. Use your own judgement, follow food-safety practice, and if you have allergies or health conditions, check with someone qualified. We are not responsible for what comes out of your oven or what happens when you eat it.

8. Other people's content

Posts and comments are written by members, not by us. We do not endorse or verify them. Links to other sites are for convenience and we are not responsible for what is on them.

9. The site is provided as it is

We provide Honest Bread "as is" and without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors, and we do not guarantee that content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law allows. [ATTORNEY REVIEW]

11. Ending your use
